Job SummaryThe role of the Multi-Channel Sales Manager is to achieve incremental sales targets and increase market penetration across the Midwest territory. Responsibility includes managing revenue, market share, and profitability for assigned channel(s). This role is also responsible for developing strategic partnerships with store management personnel.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• With direction from Multi-Channel sales leadership, executes the deployment, adoption and application of Behr’s annual Strategic Deployment Plan (SDP) using the tools and processes to full potential.• Develop skills and abilities to uphold the organizational strategy on lean thinking, continuous improvement processes and principles of our company.• Execute sales strategies, market penetration, growth initiatives and channel-specific marketing by building and maintaining relationships with key customers and direct sales representatives.• Analyze sales against defined metrics, goals, and objectives.
