Description
Mental Health Counselor Bachelors – St. Peter Hospital (Part Time, Night Shift)
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00PM – 6:30 AM
The Crisis Service Technician is a professional who in coordination with the Crisis Svcs Counselor provides crisis management; information; follow-up referrals; and discharge planning to patients and families who present in the Emergency Center with a wide variety of psychiatric, chemical addiction, and psych-social problems.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree – Social Work, Human Services, Psychosocial/Mental Health field or other degrees with like curriculums.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) – State of Washington upon hire.
• 1 year – Psychiatry and/or chemical dependency experience in a health care setting.
• 1 year – Experience in the area of crisis evaluation and intervention in an acute psychiatric setting with an emphasis on quick assessment skills.
