Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy using tailored modalities to promote personal growth and well-being.
• Establish therapeutic goals and monitor client progress.
• Offer teletherapy options for virtual sessions or accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate documentation to uphold ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
• Current and valid state license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive compensation ($90,000 to $110,000 per year) based on caseload and experience.
