Adecco Healthcare is in search of a distinguished Medical Director to spearhead our client’s innovative healthcare initiatives in Syracuse, NY (Zip Code: 13057). This role offers the unique chance to shape the future of patient care in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
Schedule:
– Monday-Friday
– 8am-5pm
– Flexible hybrid work-from-home options for administrative tasks
Base Compensation:
$325,000 annually, with additional incentive opportunities
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
– MD or DO from an accredited institution
– Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Medicine/Pediatrics
– Current, unrestricted New York State medical license
– Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care
– Proven leadership experience in clinical settings
– Passion for integrated care models and collaborative approaches with behavioral health providers
– Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement
– Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and advocacy for underserved populations
– Expertise in treating patients across all age groups (currently serving 12+, with potential to expand)
