DataBank is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce, and a passion for optimizing marketing processes. This role will support the execution and measurement of marketing campaigns, maintain data integrity, and assist in developing efficient marketing workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning & organization, and be comfortable working in a collaborative, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Platform Management:
• HubSpot Administration: Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot for marketing automation, email marketing, lead management, and analytics.
• Marketing Instance Salesforce Administration: Manage Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate data collection, lead management, and seamless integration with marketing tools.
• HubSpot Email execution and reporting
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
• Workflow Creation: Develop and maintain marketing workflows, automation, and processes to streamline marketing operations.
• Data Segmentation: Implement and manage data segmentation strategies to enable targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
• Data Analysis: Conduct regular data audits and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
Process Automation:
• Support the development, implementation, and refinement of marketing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Document marketing processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
• Process Documentation: Create detailed documentation for marketing processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing marketing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce. Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
