The Marketing Manager will drive all marketing activities for Global Wave Group including sales enablement, branding, industry presence, content development and content distribution. This position will work in concert with the other team members and the Global Wave Group Leadership Team to ensure the delivery of fully integrated marketing programs.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain brand continuity and awareness.Manage and monitor sales enablement programs including SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, advertising, industry events, social media, and email marketing.Develop strategies and content that reflect the power, scalability and adaptability of our solutions and target specific market segments.Research and implement tools to improve efficiency and broaden the company’s reach.Oversee creative development to ensure strategic integrity and continuity across channels.Working with the Sales Team, develop and implement online and mobile customer relationship management and referral strategies in order to drive sales.Define and implement awareness and educational activities with industry partners.Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website and other on-line channels.Keep up to date with changes in the marketplace and competitive online marketing campaigns.QUALIFICATIONSEnergetic, collaborative and detail oriented.Initiative-taking, self-directed, and results driven.Proven ability to drive brand continuity across multiple channels.Proven ability to have an exceptional impact on sales teams through the implementation of targeted programs, market reach and tool development.Demonstrable proficiency with, and experience implementing, sales enablement tools.Strong written communication skills and ability to produce internal documents, presentations, and online marketing materials.Capable of working closely and at ease with all levels of staff and management in the field and at the corporate office.Excellent people skills.Manage detailed information, organize work and meet deadlines.Quickly analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions and use good judgment in making decisions.Previous experience in the banking or financial services markets desired.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline required.
