Job Duties and Responsibilities

Dish Wireless is seeking a Marketing Lead—VAS to join the dynamic Customer Communications and Owned Channel Marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating customer value and retention by implementing strategic initiatives for our Value Added Services (VAS) throughout the customer lifecycle, ultimately enhancing the customer journey and user experience. As a Marketing Lead on the team, you will be at the forefront of developing impactful customer communications aimed at boosting engagement, driving sales, and fostering retention across the entire customer lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the creative development of different campaigns for our Value Added Services especially focused on email and SMS, developing creative testing strategies for continuous improvement of customer engagement and retention, and driving our messaging strategy for all our VAS programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging email and SMS campaigns to support customer loyalty and business objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Value Added Services communications
• Manage creative development of different campaigns for our VAS offerings, briefing creative teams on needs, providing and seeking feedback, and shepherding campaigns from inception to deployment
• Spearhead development of creative tests seeking continuous improvement to customer engagement
• Collaborate within the Retail Wireless Marketing team and across multiple teams including Creative, Web, and Sales to develop campaigns
• Act with a sense of urgency to ensure that campaigns are developed and executed accurately and on schedule

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing and a bachelor’s degree required
• Prior experience of Customer retention/loyalty preferred
• Experience designing email and SMS campaigns is a plus
• Experience project managing creative development and testing preferred

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year – $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
