Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Take 5 Oil Change Brand Marketing Senior Director and work closely with the national brand team. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented candidate for this entry-level position. Role will be foundational in supporting the execution and coordination of key marketing activities to drive growth of an iconic brand. This will be an excellent opportunity for an aspiring candidate to receive valuable exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced marketing environment at the start of their career.
Responsibilities
Administrative Operations:
• Assist with processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring timely payments for marketing initiatives
• Inventory review of marketing materials along with daily management and restocks
• Vendor management including set-up and ad hoc needs that come up
• Budget and expense tracking
Campaign Management and Reporting
• Assist with campaign set-up needs across channels and with internal partners such as Website and CRM team
• Gather and analyze data for brand reports, ensuring accurate tracking of campaign performance and marketing metrics
• Creative projects and reviews
• Content calendar and library management
• Creative template builds
• Project management for special marketing projects
Collaboration And Communication
• Liaise with other departments to support brand initiatives and ensure a smooth flow of information
• Serves as the first line of engagement for marketing administrative requests
• Communicate with agency partners to implement new campaigns and reporting requests to understand current performance
• Collaborate to drive flawless execution of marketing activity across key stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, communications, economics or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
• Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations
• Strong marketing background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills
• Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities
• Proficient problem-solving skills – ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
• Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment, detail-oriented
• Collaborative working style to interface with marketing team and partners
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to franchisees and senior level management

$50,400.00 – $95,900.00

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
