Position Summary The Manager of Periodic Access Reviews (PAR) is responsible for overseeing a team of 8-10 direct reports to ensure the accurate and timely completion of the PAR program. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, improving review processes, and maintaining compliance with internal and external audit requirements. The Manager will collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager and other stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the PAR program.
• Manage and lead a team of 8-10 employees, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and create development plans to enhance the teams capabilities.
• Oversee the execution of periodic access reviews, ensuring all reviews are conducted accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor review progress, address issues, and provide guidance to team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PAR program.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for access reviews.
• Ensure all access reviews comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on review activities, findings, and compliance status to senior management and auditors.
• Collaborate with internal Audit, IT, and Business Units to ensure alignment and address any access related issues.
• Participate in integration discussions and planning for systems like Sailpoint, providing input and support as needed.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members to ensure thorough understanding and execution of PAR processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of review procedures, policies, and changes.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, audit, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certification such as Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls (CRISC), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Strong understanding of identity access management principles and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with access management tools such as Sailpoint, is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 – $166,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
