We are looking for a highly skilled IT Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will create and implement IT solutions for Semiconductor manufacturing equipment, specializing in field services management, spare parts logistics and knowledge management domains.
You will be responsible for implementing Rapid prototyping & Agile methodologies, analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing practical solutions.
In addition, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, project management and IT systems integrations. You will build strong collaboration among cross-functional teams and drive them toward achieving organization wide goals.

• Business Analysis: Gather business requirements, map processes and optimize the processes.
• Fearlessness in suggesting or backing big ideas. Tenacity in focusing the information discovery process. Ability to navigate through uncertainty to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bridge technical and non-technical gaps. Articulate complex concepts that both IT & Business stakeholders understand. Engage Stakeholders to define their needs.
• Effective leadership skills. These skills include team building, consensus building, balancing team and individual responsibilities and achieving goals through others not directly under the leader’s supervision by working ethically and with integrity.
• Business Acumen: Domain understanding in Field Services and Spares is critical to align business goals to IT executional plans.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain a business unit demand list that is the input into the multi-year strategic roadmap
• Collaborate with Key stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable co-created roadmaps. The roadmap includes all aspects of the Business Unit (Field Services, Spare Parts Logistics, Knowledge management, etc)
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions to streamline field services and spare parts logistics processes.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and sponsors to define the initiative’s scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring overall alignment.
• Lead business analysis efforts to support Business unit operations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum Qualifcations:
A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience in business analysis, industry knowledge and strong interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in a Business Analysis or IT role and, ideally, a combination of the two.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.
• 5+ years of relevant IT business analysis and process re-engineering experience in a multicultural/global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Industry knowledge of WFE processes, technologies and best practices is highly desirable.
