Summary:
The Manager, Corporate Training – Servicing Development is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. This individual leads a team of professional trainers, both at the corporate and senior levels, to assess organizational learning needs and creates effective solutions. The Manager, Corporate Training – Servicing Development collaborates with departmental leadership to ensure training effectiveness and stays current with industry trends in learning and development. Must have a proven track record of managing multiple high-level projects from start to finish.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides guidance and oversees the planning and implementation of training within the Servicing organization for departments, teams, and direct reports.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust training programs based on the objectives and evaluation.
• Responsible for managing, coordinating, and evaluating a team of training consultants that are geographically dispersed.
• Stays current with industry trends in learning and development for continuous improvement with the overall customer and employee experience.
• Collaborates with direct leadership to develop and implement long and short-term learning and employee development strategies.
• Develop and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the Servicing Development initiatives are aligned with department and organization-wide needs.
• Provides input and outcome data on learning impact in reports to stakeholders and leaders.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Ability to evaluate and communicate the impact of learning through data analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
• Experience creating and delivering one-on-one and group presentations.
• Experience in prospecting, cultivating, and maintaining new and existing relationships with various sources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
• Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing schedules and constantly evolving requirements.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, customer oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization’s management team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members.
• Travel possible up to 10% of time to multiple Servicing sites.
Education and/or Experience:
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from a College or University and five (5) to seven (7) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in training processes such as adult learning theories, training needs assessing, and instructional design theories.
