Our client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team!!

Responsibilities include equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure facility operations run smoothly. This position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule from 7p-7a and is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
Position Activities:
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures using standard procedures and technical documentation.
• Maintain pneumatic tools, motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting.
• Inspect circuits, wiring, and electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.
• Utilize PLCs to diagnose faults and implement corrective measures.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineers and support team members to optimize maintenance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Electrical and PLC certifications or equivalent experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and associate degree in Manufacturing or Electrical disciplines preferred.
