Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all equipment and machinery is running efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing leadership and guidance on maintenance practices.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, developing and implementing solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with other departments, including production and engineering, to ensure seamless operation of our facility.
Qualifications
• Associates degree in Manufacturing/Engineering-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Nice to have experience in a food, dairy, or beverage manufacturing facility.
