Job Description
Maintain maintenance spare parts inventory and tool inventory.
Order stock, and non-stock parts.
Receive, and issue parts, stock shelves, and maintain inventory records and reports, utilizing SAP program.
Maintain tool room, issuing and receiving, upkeep and accounting for all Maintenance Department tools.

Essential Job Duties
• Maintain accurate records for maintenance department.
• Miscellaneous typing and filing as required.
• Backup Maintenance Parts Coordinator as needed.
• Generate parts usage reports.
• Generate financial reports for Maintenance spend.
• Assist with cycle counting as needed.
• Establish and maintain a relationship with vendors.
• Invoice receiving.
• Work with Accounts Payable on correcting invoice discrepancies.
• Lead the process of adding new parts to the inventory.
• Extend parts from other manufacturing sites to the local stock room.
• Set up new vendors in SAP.
• Work with SAP program administrator and IT department in editing, current parts description, vendor contacts and updating vendor info in SAP.
• Assist in organizing parts room and parts storage racks.
• Relabel and organize parts bins.
• Review with Maintenance Manager and Supervisor parts obsolescence and update accordingly.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Onsite vendor management.
• Other duties and assignments as needed.

Education and Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school.
Preferred one-year related experience in Parts room operations.
Prior mechanic experience preferred or possesses extensive knowledge of common manufacturing plant parts and materials.
Computer skills
Must have SAP software experience.
Preferred Ariba experience.
Must have Microsoft Office experience, Word, PowerPoint, Excel experience.
Certificates, Licenses
Preferred PIE certification.
Ability to obtain PIE certification 30-90 days after employment.
Must have valid Drivers License.
Physical Demand
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger,
handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or
hear. The employee is frequently required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to sit.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical
parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather
conditions; extreme heat and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
Employee will be exposed to cutting , grinding and shop equipment noise, in the adjacent work areas.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $20.00.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
