Position Overview:
The Logging and Monitoring Senior Engineer – Elastic/ELK will be a significant technical contributor to the FreddieMac team. Responsibilities will include providing production support, supporting customer help requests, developing solutions using the ElasticStack to fulfill customer requirements, and to provide technical direction to other members of the team.

The team is in high demand and this role will provide a core of capability within the team, serving as a resource for both the customer and the other technology teams in the environment.
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in on premise and cloud based platforms
• Previous experience with Elastic would be a definite plus. Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Operating systems, database, network connectivity in addition to development experience would be beneficial for a candidate to get a quick start on the team

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $117,000 – $175,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
