We aren’t corporate. We aren’t going corporate. We see dogs, cats, equids, and livestock. Currently we are seeking a small animal veterinarian, but someone with flexibility and versatility would be welcomed.

We believe strongly in mentorship for our new associates as well as opportunities for growth within the practice. Mental health awareness and work life balance are cornerstones in our daily practice. The health and wellbeing of our staff and veterinarians is consistently a top priority. Our doctors meet once a week for breakfast to discuss cases.

Our practice is 5 minutes off of i70 between Vail and Grand Junction. We have airports in Aspen (30 minutes away), Grand Junction (1 hour away) and Vail (1 hour away). The hospital is the only mixed animal hospital in the Roaring Fork Valley and the only hospital that offers a small animal mobile service. We have a small animal facility, livestock facility/hospital, and equine hospital with 8 indoor stalls and several outdoor paddocks. The hospital is located about 200 feet from the Roaring Fork River which has tributaries from the Crystal River, Frying Pan River and flows into the Colorado River, making it a fly-fishing mecca. We are surrounded by trails for running and hiking and mountains with ample camping, skiing, biking and horseback trail riding opportunities. There are several sets of hot springs with the closest being about 2 miles from the hospital as well as ample restaurants in the downtown areas of Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, Snowmass and Aspen.
