You will see collaborations taking place and entrepreneurial minds thinking to create solutions to complex problems.*The ideal candidate will possess the following:** Two to six years of litigation experience.* Experience in a wide variety of cases – auto, general liability, complex commercial, construction defect and civil litigation matters.* Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.* Process-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet deadlines.* Ability to adapt, multitask and work independently.* Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.* Strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.* Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.* Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, handling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.* Ambitious attorney that wants to not only provide their clients with the best possible representation, but also want to grow their practice in a full-service firm.*
