Overview
St. Luke’s Health System in Mountain Home is seeking a Part Time LPN join our Skilled Nursing team.
The Five-Star rated and newly renovated Skilled Nursing facility serves adults whose health concerns prevent them from living independently. The care includes short-term, long-term, or end-of-life care. This newly remodeled facility is attached to a critical access hospital and is part of a healthcare system.
Shift: 0700-1930 – 2 shifts per week – rotating weekends
48 hours per pay period

What to expect
• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
• Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
Qualifications
• Education: LPN diploma
• Experience: 1 years’ experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current LPN licensure from the State of Practice
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of geriatrics population
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
