Full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Wanted at Nonprofit Organization in Eden Prairie, MN

Work Schedule:
Full-time position with regular business hours.
Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events and programs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges.
• Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Develop and implement service plans that address clients’ goals and objectives.
• Advocate for clients’ rights, access to resources, and social justice issues.
• Contribute to program development, evaluation, and grant reporting.
• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance services.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities.
Requirements:
• Master’s degreein Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources.
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
Salary:
$75,000-100,000 per year plus bonus
