We are seeking an experienced Land Use Attorney to join our legal team. This individual will be responsible for managing legal matters involving land acquisition, zoning laws, safety regulations, building ordinances, development, construction, subdivisions, variances, etc. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school and be barred in NJ. What You Will Be Doing
The successful candidate will be handling a wide variety of legal matters related to land use, such as zoning laws, safety regulations, building ordinances, development, construction, subdivisions, variances, commercial, housing, and mixed-use. You will also be responsible for providing counsel to clients regarding land use issues.
What You Need for this Position
In order to be considered for this role, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and be Barred in NJ (NY, PA, DE license is a plus), as well as more than 3 years of experience in the area of land use & real estate. Proficiency in land acquisition, zoning laws, safety regulations, building ordinances, development, construction, subdivisions, variances, commercial, housing, and mixed-use, etc.
What’s In It for You
This position offers a competitive salary of between $130,000 and $180,000 annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan, and various other perks and bonuses.’
1600-1700 billable hours tops, more if you want it
On top of that, this is a HYBRID – REMOTE position where you can come in one of our offices 1-2 times per week or less once your ramped up with locations all over the tri-state area!
