Your Main Goal:
• The Junior Cloud Engineer will work with a team of experts to configure and install hardware in support of the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment.
• The candidate is responsible for the administration and support of the network in both development and production system environments including associated hardware.
• The candidate will update and support an IL4/IL6 system performance, allocate storage, and implement critical patches to ensure network optimum performance.
• Responsible for monitoring performance logs to identify and correct system issues.
• Works with a team of cloud engineers to achieve daily goals and moderate improvements within the CI/CD agile software environment.
• Will participate in daily scrums to discuss status of cloud network.
• Works independently on Enterprise Business Solutions-Convergence projects/assignments.
• Assists other team members with tasks and assignments to develop and maintain a robust Cloud environment to allow for a CI/CD pipeline.
• Addresses technical issues/problems using internal best practice and through collaboration with colleagues.
• Recommends solutions to less complex technical problems that require limited technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
• Communicates with Journeyman and Senior Cloud Engineers on the team.
• Reports to Leidos Senior Cloud Engineer for technical guidance and EBS-C Project Manager
What Sets You Apart:
• BS degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and ability to apply accepted industry standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to establish and maintain the EBS-C CI/CD environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Requires CompTIA Security+,
You Might Also Have:
• Knowledge of EBS-C or other SAP/ERP migrations to the Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAFe agile processes and CI/CD pipelines

• None. U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 – $99,875.00
