As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support the finance team by providing financial analysis, reporting, and modeling. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial performance to support the company’s strategic goals. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to start their career in finance with opportunities for growth and development.
Principal Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, providing explanations for variances
• Data Management:
• Gather and organize financial data from various sources for analysis
• Maintain and update financial models and databases
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function
• Assist in the implementation of best practices and process documentation
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency
Position Requirements
What you will bring:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field• Internship or 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and in a team environmentSuccess in this position:• You approach work with a flexible, innovative, customer-focused mindset• You are proactive, self-starter with strong data analytical and modeling skills• You desire to make a meaningful impact on a dynamic, growing technology company• You live Jaggaer Core Values: Be Collaborative, Be Accountable, Be Adaptable
