Description
A small HR and payroll company in Marina Del Rey is in need of an Entry-Level Administrator. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate to grow into an HR and Payroll position. In this role, you would initially help out with clerical related tasks such as helping organize the President, filing and screening phone calls and as time goes on, they are seeking someone to grow within the company into a more office management or HR role supporting clients. A degree is required for this role, and the company is seeking three key qualities: organization, attention to detail (process 5,000 payrolls monthly) and a great attitude (some who is looking for a career, stability, commit 1-2 years). Experience with payroll is a huge plus!
This position is fully onsite Monday – Friday from 8:30 -5:30PM. Pay is $22/hr during contract period.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Case Management Software and CompuLaw is required.
• Experience with Conveyancer and LexisNexis software is necessary.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions and Calendar Management is desired.
• Previous experience in Claim Administration is a plus.
• Excellent Client Relations skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration is a plus.
