This role will maintain work areas of offices and industrial buildings to keep them clean and orderly. This is a 1st shift role with the hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use janitorial supplies, maintain restroom areas and remove waste material.
• Clean fixtures, equipment, windows, walls, restrooms, etc.; stock supplies in restrooms as required.
• Notify supervisor regarding needed repairs, complete required paperwork.
• Remove snow and ice from entrances, walkways, etc. as required.
Required Qualifications:
• High school degree or equivalent
• 6+ months related experience in cleaning and/or maintenance
Job Requirements:
• Must be able to move unencumbered to perform basic janitorial duties
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds

Disclosure as required by applicable law, the hourly pay rate for this position is $15.66/hour. The hourly pay rate is CONMED’s good faith belief at the time of this posting.
