IT Solutions Analyst I:
Job Summary
• The IT Solution Analyst is responsible for providing technical and workflow support for the IT systems. They troubleshoot and resolve workflow and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in the development and implementation of solutions to prevent future incidents, and provide guidance on workflow and system improvements. They review and perform validation of changes, new enhancements, or features and make best practice recommendations to stakeholders regarding implementation options. new software, application, or code releases and provide feedback on system performance and usability. The analyst must have a thorough understanding of healthcare as well as technical expertise in the relevant systems and technologies.
Job Requirements
• Education
• Preferred: Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience
• Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT support, including experience with relevant IT applications OR Associate degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Skills
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently with direction
• Familiarity with relevant IT applications
• Understanding of healthcare industry terminology and processes
• Familiarity with ticketing systems to log, track, and manage support requests
