Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning work priorities, coordinating tasks, reviewing project lifecycle management, and rolling out streamlined processes.
• Compile status reports, coordinate schedules, manage meetings, identify technical issues, and handle project communications.
• Document discussions, track project plans, assist in risk assessment, estimations, and contingency planning, and support project communications.
• Participate in process improvement, ensure organization readiness, and gather/report metrics data.
Qualifications:
• PMI certification
• Project management knowledge and practical experience with large software project
• Very strong experience with Microsoft Project application (server version preferred) and Office Professional Suite
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of MS Project and MS Visio.
Education:
• Advanced degree or equivalent work experience required, preferably in IT Project Management.
