The ePMO IT Technology Portfolio is responsible for the cross-functional management of selected critical programs and projects. This group of portfolio, program and project management professionals ensures the successful definition, development, and delivery of projects, adhering to critical processes, standards, and best practices, to provide on time delivery and significant value to our customers.
The Program Manager will drive strategy deployment and adoption of system and operational process improvements in partnership with cross functional teams to ensure that projects and the program deliver the intended value to customers. The program manager also has responsibility for: defining a cross-organizational project roadmap; ensuring resources capacity and availability; managing interdependencies between projects and ensuring program-level goals are achieved and aligned to organizational priorities.
The Program Manager will build relationships with IT leadership and achieve a strong understanding of the department’s function, initiatives, and projects, how business needs will be translated to workflows as well as the team’s skill sets and expertise. The Program Manager will work closely with ePMO leaders, IT leadership and project managers to oversee project/program research, planning requirements and process development, status reporting, communications, transition management, budget and deliverable management, dependency mapping and resource management.
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. With strong leadership skills, the program manager will have a talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the Program Manager will be motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

Patient safety is a top priority.
