Our mission, integrity, and customer focus have made us a trusted leader for more than 140 years!Who You Are• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.• 3+ years of experience in investment/mutual fund operations.• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.• Must be able to attend to day-to-day details while maintaining a strategic, analytical focus on the big picture.• Detailed oriented, and have strong abilities in the areas of problem solving, planning, time management, decision making, consulting, negotiation, mentoring and project management.• Build and maintain strong working relationships, and effectively communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels.• Strong client service orientation, the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven, team-based environment, make effective, high impact decisions. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$86450 – $123000 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
