What You’ll Work On:
• Key contributor in the preparation, review, and filing of U.S. international tax returns, including identifying transactions that have tax ramifications. Apply knowledge of U.S. international tax (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, etc.), as well as foreign tax credit and subpart F concepts, to assist in meeting the reporting requirements of the Company’s OUS operations.
• Research complex tax issues and be proficient in interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations.
• Develop and maintain complex tax models using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and review of the annual and quarterly tax provision processes, including review and analysis of OUS tax provisions, analysis of tax accounts and reserves using Longview tax provision software. This includes in-depth knowledge of ASC 740 tax accounting and other necessary FASB pronouncements, as well as internal controls.
• Assist with responding to IRS audit information requests.
• Apply advanced tax knowledge to support business needs. Considered an expert in the field and acts as an advisor to management. Contribute frequently to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
• Provide leadership to staff. Develop and mentor staff through coaching, goal setting and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of international tax experience. Public Accounting or Fortune 500 corporate tax experience preferred.
• B.A./B.S. in Accounting/Finance required. CPA and/or MST preferred, but not required.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
