Client is an expanding provider in the Tampa Bay area and is looking to expand to more clinics with their value-based model;
Established clinics in Seffner, New Port Richie, Riverview and Hudson, FL clinic. More sites are opening for summer 2025 too!
Personalized Primary Care for Senior Citizens-Be a healer, not a paperwork pusher!
230-260k base salary depending on experience + $200k+ bonus potential based (bonus compensation for the first 2 years is 10-20% bonus and partnership track in 2 years with profit sharing model, so you could expect up. 500k total compensation at that point, depending on performance, etc.)
They prefer docs who have some managed care experience but will also take physicians right out of residency

Focus on patient outcomes rather than patient volume
Call schedule is 1:3 only for after-hour emergencies. Not for routine matters and is rotating remote call. Very low volume call for emergencies only- see notes below!
Hospital care is not required. Inpatient work is optional. The typical patient load for a full panel is 0-2 patients in hospital at a time.
Clients will be doing the marketing and management of starting a private practice model for the new doc
A typical work day is 8 AM to 5 PM, 1-hour break for lunch/ 5.5 hours of patient care and the rest is built in admin time to follow up on triage, lab work, radiology results, documentation, etc.
The call is split between members of the group-after hours emergency calls only.
