What is the Role?
Place Exchange is seeking an Integrations Support Analyst to join our Partner Support team working closely with Partner Management and Operations. You will use your technical knowledge to work directly with demand and supply partners from early conversations through to the technical integration work and ongoing support.
Combining technical knowledge, creative thinking, strong communication skills and attention to detail you will tackle a range of challenges to deliver compelling solutions to an array of external partners.
This fast-paced, detail-oriented role is perfect for you to delve deep into the emerging programmatic channel of DOOH. You should have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
Responsibilities
• Develop an understanding of existing Integrations, workflow and procedures to identify and remedy any inconsistencies
• Manage, execute, and validate new partner integrations from scoping to completion
• Training new partners on Place Exchange technology post-integration
• Monitoring and ongoing support of existing integrations
• Testing third party integrations
• Updating and maintaining existing documentation
• Advising Product and Partnerships teams on new platform additions while taking existing integration stack into account
What you’ll bring:
• Technical proficiency including: JS, REST APIs and SQL
• Strategic approach to integrating systems with an eye toward future usability and scalability
• Customer focused nature with the ability to communicate technical concepts at an audience-appropropriate level
• Very strong data analysis, observation, and troubleshooting skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
• Some familiarity with various project management frameworks and systems
