Assists in process improvements to bring about greater claim resolution.QualificationsRequired• High School Diploma or GED• One year of clerical experience in an office setting• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment• Ability to maintain acute attention to detail• Basic computer literacy and proficiencyPreferred• One year of hospital or clinic collection experience• Experience with insurance billing computer applications• Knowledge of coding rules and guidelines and the ability to appropriately interpret EOBs
