We’re looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Institutional Client Group, as an associate to help support our client business. This is an exciting and dynamic role that will position you to be aligned with the broader Sales team to manage the servicing side of our client relationships. You will work lock and step with the relationship management side of the Sales team, as a valued member of the firm’s success.
We’ll trust you to:
• Work within a client service and sales team to cultivate and manage client relationships
• Provide exceptional service to our clients, responding to requests and inquiries as quickly and thoughtfully as possible
• Coordinate new client accounts and onboarding with internal and external parties
• Keep CRM up to date with key activities, including client interactions and new business developments
• Deliver recurring reporting deliverables to clients by specified due dates, as well as timely and additive service updates as it pertains to their investment
You’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree
• SIE, Series 7 and Series 63
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a client service function within Financial Services
• Experience working with Business Process Management software and Client Relationship Management systems, such as Appian and Salesforce
• In-depth knowledge of managing client expectations for various types of investment accounts (Separately Managed, Commingled Vehicles etc.) and investment strategies (Equities, Fixed Income, Alternative Investments etc.)
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize for various different projects

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $80,000 – 95,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
