We are seeking an energetic and passionate Permanent In-Home Sales Representative to join our dynamic construction team. This role is integral to our company’s success and offers exciting opportunities for career growth. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, working directly with our clients in their homes to provide exceptional service and sell our top-notch construction services. This position offers a competitive commission structure, providing a significant earning potential for those with the drive and determination to succeed.
Responsibilities
As a Permanent In-Home Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include
• Conducting in-home sales presentations to potential clients, effectively demonstrating our construction services’ value and benefits.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing top-notch service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets by closing sales effectively and efficiently.
• Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to address client questions and concerns, providing clear and concise information.
• Leveraging your knowledge of the construction industry to recommend appropriate services to clients based on their specific needs.
• Managing your sales pipeline and client information effectively through our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborating with the wider sales and construction teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through to project completion.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent In-Home Sales Representative role will possess the following qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies.
• Exceptional presentation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• High level of organization, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and grow within the company.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as required.
