We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our HRIS department as a full-time HRIS Analyst I located in Provo, Utah. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment but also excels working at an individual level.

Responsibilities include:
• Act as system admin for Workday assisting in implementation, configuration, and upgrades
• Oversee the completion of projects, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work and evaluating results
• Maintain documentation and procedures for audit and tracking of tasks
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and distribute Workday data for periodic reporting.
• Troubleshoot problems, conduct workflow analysis, and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency, and efficient use of technology
• Train end-users on new processes/functionality as needed. Help with the training of new users
• Partners with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects, and other inter-departmental initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Workday
Required Skills:
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to work efficiently in a high pace environment, which includes deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google docs
• Ability to learn and work with proprietary software
• Great organizational skills
