Job Summary & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting our HRIS (Workday) to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal functionality. They will also assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR and business stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of HR data to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and data security standards.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on Workday functionality and best practices.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Workday-related inquiries and issue resolution.
• Continuously identify opportunities for system advancement, optimization, and organizational automation including reviewing new Workday releases.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Support payroll processing through weekly audits.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by HR management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
• Experience with HRIS software (Workday preferred)
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
• Project management capabilities to deliver complete and accurate documentation to support projects; communicate project milestones and scope changes as they arise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
