HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role typically reports into the Senior Manager, Retail HR Operations and supports people operations for US,
Canada, and Mexico retail stores. In this role, you’ll help drive the People system administration, technology
enhancements, and retail reporting and analytics.
This position is located at our Buckhead office with four days in office per week and one flex day (typically Friday).
Technology Administration and Enhancement (50%)
– Develop and scale tools and resources for HRBPs and Retail People Managers to drive business.
– Lead large Workday initiative development and deployment (e.g., project roadmapping, requirement
gathering, cross-functional coordination, etc.).
– Leverage new technologies to simplify current processes increasing efficiencies for People Operations
team and reducing workload for Retail client group.
– Identify areas for automation and implement solutions to streamline data management.
– Maintain system documentation and training material creation.
– Lead Workday testing and release management for Retail client group twice per year.
– Manage Workday Learning courses; build test and launch Learning campaigns.
– Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users.
Reporting and Analytics (30%)
– Regularly maintain, analyze, and disseminate key people success metrics (e.g., Exit Survey insights).
– Execute regular compliance reporting, identifying trends and risks (i.e., meal, rest, training, COE,
recertifications).
– Disseminate key people data to cross-functional partners (e.g., Store Operations, Finance)
– Drive business narrative clarifying effectiveness of people strategy and guiding talent decisions.
– Collaborates with team to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and
implements solutions.
Program Management (20%)
– Build collaborative relationships at all levels across the business resulting in stakeholder alignment,
improved communication strategies and overall satisfaction with HR technology systems.
– Partner with internal stakeholders for program planning and delivery
– Develop and execute to short-term and long-range program goals and milestones.
– Assess and promote the overall quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of HR program operations.
– Analyze and evaluate program execution retail; recognize problem areas; and originate solutions.
– Lead WOTC administration and drive program effectiveness.
– Manage GovDocs compliance relationship and ensure timely and accurate distribution.
– Resolve Legal and Department of Labor data requests.
– Gather and complete analysis on OFCCP Survey data.
– Lead special projects as assigned.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
Must have:
– 3-5 years prior relevant HR work experience
– 1-2 years Workday troubleshooting and enhancement administration experience.
– Strong reporting and analytics experience with Powerbi/Tableau or Excel.
– Bachelor’s degree required; experience in a retail environment a plus.
– Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
– Detail oriented with strong analytical skills. – Solution focus and innovation driven.
– Excellent customer service skills, supporting both internal and external customers.
– Highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and problem-solving skills.
– Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) with proven ability to quickly learn other required systems.
– Must always maintain complete confidentiality.
