Description
We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the non-profit industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The primary function of this role is to provide Level 1 helpdesk support, primarily assisting with password resets. The successful candidate will be expected to handle a high volume of tickets and phone calls, supporting a large number of employees.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 helpdesk support to employees, handling a high volume of tickets and phone calls
Assist with password resets, which constitute the majority of calls
Support a large number of employees, providing efficient and effective service
Work in a fast-paced call center environment, maintaining professionalism and patience
Utilize various systems and technologies, including Citrix Technologies, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Active Directory
Engage in database management and configuration management tasks
Provide Deskside Support and handle Desktop Hardware issues
Maintain computer hardware and resolve any related issues
Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain high customer service standards.
Requirements
Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required
Must have experience in Database management
Knowledge of EO/IR systems is necessary
Familiarity with Lotus Notes is desired
Expertise in Microsoft tools and platforms is a must
Experience In Active Directory Management Is Required
Must possess knowledge in Computer Hardware
Expertise in Configuration Management is necessary
Experience in Deskside Support is a must
Proficiency in Desktop Hardware is required
Previous experience in a similar role in the Non-Profit sector is preferred
Excellent Communication And Problem-solving Skills Are Required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Must have a customer service-oriented mindset.
