Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of experience in customer service and/or data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Excel
• Experience with complex data cleansing, integration, reconciliation, and process automation
• Background in the healthcare industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understanding of the credentialing process and its impact on providers
• Analytical ability to comprehend business processes and decision impacts
• Exceptional critical thinking skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage escalated provider issues, including handling direct provider calls

Responsibilities

Evaluating Provider Data:
• Assess, research, and resolve intricate provider data maintenance requests and issues
• Understand the systems, business processes, and provider implications of different setups

Credentialing Support
• Evaluate, research, and address credentialing requests and concerns

Data Integrity And Process Improvement
• Aid management in researching database and data integrity issues, proposing resolutions
• Identify data structure trends and suggest solutions to management
• Recognize process enhancement opportunities for efficient issue resolution and meeting established deadlines
• Develop and keep up-to-date departmental policies and procedures concerning provider data setup
