Compliance And Accuracy

Qualifications

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation-related roles within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a strong grasp of industry-specific practices.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
Certifications
Preferred certifications include Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
Skills And Abilities
Analytical Skills:
Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to compile, interpret, and present data effectively.
Communication
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
