Job Description

We are searching for a potential co-founder or a leader who will take full ownership of the technical development of our software. We need a technical expert – someone who knows data security, can build out a skeletal system from scratch, lead a team, and is passionate about working on this problem with us. You’ll be in charge of tech and we’ll lean on you for direction.

Key Responsibilities
• Take full ownership of the software development process, ensuring that our vision is translated into tangible results.
• Develop and improve our software, focusing on making it robust and secure.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure and architecture.
• Handle the data – managing, processing, and interpreting
• Build and mentor our engineering team.
• Guide the tech vision, think long-term.
• Ensure our customer data stays safe.
• Play around with AI/ML to enhance what we offer.
• Be a genuine team player; we’re in this together.
• Lead tech projects, start to finish.
• Tackle challenges head-on; we value determination.

Qualifications
• Co-founder mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Startup Experience Preferred
• 5+ years building and improving software, experience in managing direct reports.
• Understands, and has experience in, data security
• Comfortable with big data tools.
• AI/ML is a plus.
• FedRamp experience is a plus.
• Financial technology experience is a plus.
• Strong academic background is a plus not a must, we want to know you are capable, competent, and gritty
• Deeply mission oriented
• Experience at a big tech company and/or high growth startups is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree & Master’s are a plus.
