The Opportunity:
The Adobe Genuine Team (AGT) helps users leverage Adobe products most effectively by ensuring access to the most up-to-date and genuine Adobe apps. We protect users and Adobe by identifying and addressing new trends in non-genuine software usage. We have grown more than 10x in recent years and are set to continue to grow by improving existing experience and reaching to new audiences!
As the Growth Manager, you will orchestrate the creation and expansion of new programs focused on identifying and addressing new vectors of fraud and abuse. You will identify new categories of non-genuine usage and spin up an end-to-end go-to-market program from conception to execution; influencing a wide breadth of partners to implement your plan.
This role combines strategic program development with growth management, offering a unique opportunity to innovate, launch new initiatives, and scale existing programs. This position requires a strong blend of eye for business, technical understanding and curiosity to navigate the complexities of Adobe’s ecosystem to deliver exceptional results.
You will get to dive into ambiguous problems, drive solutions across a breadth of partner teams and quickly adjust with an ever-evolving landscape. Your success is anchored in the clarity of your communication and the trust you build with partners.
What you’ll do:
• Lead the design and development of new programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Engineering) to ensure impactful and measurable results
• Find opportunities in Adobe’s ecosystem to address vulnerabilities and amplify Genuine go-to-market motions; build and implement XFN plans to resolve these vulnerabilities and capture opportunity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas, iterate on concepts, and develop prototypes for new surface experiences
• Drive a long list of projects big and small, at various stages from strategy to execution
• Work with quantitative and qualitative data teams to develop deep understanding of the Genuine audience and use cases to identify new go-to-market opportunities
• Serve as a subject matter expert, representing the Genuine team, providing thought leadership and detailed execution
What you need to succeed:
• Strong conceptualization, planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and get results
• Experience working with complex data; from defining desired metrics to parsing through large, ambiguous data sets to perform analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate with partners at all levels
• Extraordinarily organized – Able to remain highly organized in a loosely structured, fast-paced environment
• Naturally curious with an analytical approach, constantly searching for the best path forward
• Experience in managing multiple operationally-complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Motivated, disciplined, and able to work autonomously
• Proven experience in program development, growth management or related roles, with a track record of launching and scaling 0 to 1 initiatives
• Track record of working with and influencing Product Management roadmap and execution
• Track record of working with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to define, scope and develop new measurement data points required for understanding and driving program development
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
• Must be located in the Bay Area and meet hybrid office requirements
• Must be able to work global hours a few days/week
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,900 — $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
