Seeking a Corporate Paralegal with a Paralegal Certificate and a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team for 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a global corporate legal department.
• Proficiency in understanding legal entity structures, organizational and operational documents.
• Ability to identify and manage corporate documents of various kinds.
• Familiarity with software including Windows 10, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
• Strong emphasis on customer focus, drive for results, ethics & values, organizational agility, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Support corporate paralegals globally by:
• Assisting in the loading of Project Bulldog documents into SharePoint and PowerBI.
• Helping in obtaining signatures for Bulldog documents.
• Collecting and organizing due diligence data.
• Reviewing documents to extract specific information as needed.
