Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 – Food for St Mary’s Hospital in Richmond Heights, MO. The General Manager will oversee and direct all Food & Nutrition for this medical center. The General Manager will come with a background in food service management with proven successful change management skills and ability to create a positive working culture across large, diverse teams.

The successful candidate will:
• direct and oversee all food and nutrition service day-to-day food service operations
• manage, develop and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees
• achieve company and client financial targets and goals
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships
The ideal candidate will have:
• seasoned experience as a food service manager or director in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, hospitals, contract services, etc.
• demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to foster culture, retain employees, and develop large, diverse teams
• proven successful change management background and skills
• strong financial acumen and technical skills
• a results-driven mindset that enjoys working hands-on to support the team
