Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at a High-Rise Condominium in Houston, TX served by AMI Communities. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of the condominium association. They will collaborate with board members, vendors, and residents to address concerns, implement policies and procedures, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
o Strong leadership and management skills
o Experience in community management or related field
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Familiar with Financial Statements
o Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
o Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
o Knowledge of HOA regulations and operations
o Proficiency in relevant software and technology
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
o Relevant certification (e.g., CMCA, AMS, PCAM) is a plus
