General Manager Fulltime

We are seeking a General Manager for a Fast – Casual Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Full Time, Salaried Position. 40-50 hours / Wk., 49k – 59k / Yr

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all tasks while on

shift

• Oversee guest services and resolve

issues

• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food prepartion

• Train and manage all peronnel

• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs while Maintaining

Payrol Costs

• Weekly (2x) / Monthly Ordering while being able to maintain Fod Costs

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation reulations

• Know how to make everything is the estaurant

• Run the kitchen with all staff that is needed

Quaifications:

• Previous experience in food service as a member of Management

• Strong leaderhip qualities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paed environment

• Excellent written and commnication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good Judge of character when hiring new employees
