Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate effectively with therapy and facility teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Provide education to family members and caregivers regarding therapy services and progress.
• Actively participate in care plan meetings and maintain daily documentation.
• Work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to optimize therapy outcomes.
Required Skills

Qualifications
• Relevant experience or training in physical therapy is preferred.
