Ledgent Technology is searching for a Full Stack Developer to join our customer in the Twin Cities area. This is a direct hire position that will pay up to $135,000 annually and will have a hybrid schedule in Mendota Heights, MN
Job Overview: The role involves crafting, constructing, and sustaining internal applications utilizing cloud technologies and modern frameworks like .Net and MVC. Responsibilities include requirement analysis, sprint participation, and task completion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Extensive cybersecurity knowledge
• 7 years in software development
• Experience in managing IT projects and deployments
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Proficient in English communication
• Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Expertise in Azure DB, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Power BI, Oracle APIs, microservices, RESTful API development, Web API, Swagger, Unit Testing, DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience in risk assessment and management
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement applications and internal tools
• Utilize modern technologies and practices
• Produce high-quality code efficiently
• Conduct design sessions and code reviews independently
• Mentor junior team members
• Develop front-end applications using popular frameworks
• Develop back-end applications using C#/.Net
• Manage ERDs for Oracle, Access, and Sage
• Lead requirement discovery and gathering meetings
• Proficient in SQL Server and writing queries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and unit testing skills
• Validate business requirements and achieve stakeholder alignment
• Highly organized and goal-focused

• 5+ years of Agile experience
