In this role, you will use and further develop your presentation abilities, collaborative presales experience, and Workday Financials expertise to articulate and differentiate the value of Kainos, and expand the adoption of Kainos solutions.
Our Presales team strategically collaborates with the sales organization: responsible for building a compelling vision of the Kainos/Workday solution and differentiators as part of a value selling approach. You will provide in-depth Workday Financials product knowledge to the sales teams and our customers through sales presentations, solutioning activities and product demonstrations. You will assist in assessing the potential application of Kainos and Workday solutions to meet customer needs, provide expert guidance on deployment considerations and be responsible for project estimates. Your support will be leveraged in a multitude of pre-sales contexts, featuring all relevant Workday deployment methodologies and Financial products, engagement types from RFP responses to customer base support and potential involvement in any industry.
Outside of solutioning and pre-sales support, the Financials Service Executive will be able to contribute to marketability by assessing gaps and industry needs with creativity and optimism. Maintaining strong interpersonal relational relationships across multi-functional departments and an array of leaders will be critical to understanding and furthering the direction of the organization. Your central position at the conjunction of sales, operations, delivery and strategy will make you an essential resource in your multi-disciplinary awareness.
Ability to travel up to 25%
You will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to drive sales by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives.
• Engaging in opportunity support activities to prospective customers
• Participating in discovery workshops with users to formulate and detail business requirements; business processes, procedures and work practices
• Collaborating with Sales Team to develop winning and differentiating value propositions and themes/messaging to customers
• Championing Workday-based solutions to address customer problems
• Support RFP/RFI responses and proposals by providing appropriate solutions and cost guidance
• Preparing and conducting product demonstrations to build impact in customer evaluation processes; demonstrating to the value proposition and customer expectations
• Building expertise in specific industries and presenting the value of Workday solutions to customers in those industries
• Building trusted-advisor relationship with key customer team who are influencers and decision-makers in an evaluation process
• Maintaining commercial and competitive awareness to ensure the viability of proposed approaches
About You
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience
• Workday Core Financials certified
• Demonstrated expertise in application of the Workday Financials product
• 3+ years of ERP sales/pre-sales/sales consulting experience
• You are an outstanding, dynamic presenter with strong communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level Human Resources leadership audience
• Desire to continually upskill and contribute thought leadership
• Flexibility to own and manage internal projects, work with a multitude of personalities as stakeholders, and help establish best practices on a new and growing team
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied workload with self-determined priority
