Responsibilities
• Participate in monthly financial forecasting process.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, preparing regular reports.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses for growth strategies, pricing, and optimization.
• Maintain knowledge of the chemical industry and competitive environment.
Qualifications
Desired Skills, Attributes, and Education
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis tools, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Project leadership skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to identify and solve complex problems.
